Our BASIX Certificate Services
BASIX Certificates
Mandatory for all new dwellings in NSW and renovations over $50,000, ensuring compliance with sustainability targets.
Section J Reports:
Providing Deemed-to-Satisfy (DTS) reports for commercial properties, industrial buildings, and larger boarding houses, comparing proposed projects against building code provisions.
NatHERS Certificates:
Assessing the thermal performance of homes to achieve the required star ratings, with recent updates to regulations as of October 1st, 2023.
